For the quarter, the company expects net sales to be between $350 million and $370 million compared to net sales of $329 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2021, GAAP earnings per share are expected to be in a range of $3.30 to $3.50 as compared with Earnings per share of $3.05 on a GAAP basis in the second quarter of fiscal 2021.
