On May 14, 2014, the Exchange approved the application of Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. ("PNX" or the "Company") to list additional 24,493,620 common shares, with a par value of Php 1.00 per share which will be issued in connection with the Company's Employee Stock Option Plan ("ESOP").
The subscription price for PNX's ESOP is based on the weighted average market price for the 30 trading days on the PSE immediately prior to the Initial Offering Date and for each subsequent Offering Dates.
In connection with the above, PNX advised the Exchange that an additional 145,400 PNX common shares have been availed of and fully paid under the Company's ESOP.
The designated stock transfer agent is hereby authorized to record and register in its books the above number of shares.
