Pa Shun International Holdings Limited, formerly Pa Shun Pharmaceutical International Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company principally engaged in pharmaceutical businesses. The Company operates through three segments. Pharmaceutical Distribution segment is engaged in the distribution of pharmaceuticals to wholesalers, pharmacy stores, hospitals and other medical institutions, among others. Self-operated Retail Pharmacies segment is mainly engaged in pharmaceutical and healthcare products, cosmetic products and daily necessities in self-operated retail pharmacies. Pharmaceutical Manufacturing segment is engaged in the sales of pharmaceutical products manufactured by the Company.
