("Pacific Insight" or the "Company") (TSX: PIH), a world-class electronics and full service solutions provider to the transportation industry, is pleased to report that all of the nominees listed in its information circular dated October 21, 2016 were elected as directors of the Company at the Company's annual general and special meeting of shareholders held in Vancouver, on Monday, November 28, 2016.

A total of 2,956,453 common shares of the Company (the "Common Shares"), representing 43.51% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares as at October 21, 2016, being the Record Date for the Meeting, were voted in connection with the Meeting. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business, including the election of directors. The voting results for those shareholders present in person or represented by proxy at the Meeting for each nominee for election as a director are set out below:

Additionally, at the Meeting, shareholders of the Company approved a new stock option plan (the "2016 Plan") for the Company, subject to the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange. 1,300,000 Common Shares are available for issuance pursuant to exercise of stock options under the 2016 Plan, which includes 350,000 Common Shares issuable on exercise of currently outstanding stock option of the Company.
