Padma Oil Company Announces Board Changes, Effective March 10, 2014

Padma Oil Company Limited is a Bangladesh-based company. The Company is engaged in procurement, storage and marketing of petroleum products, lubricants and greases, bitumen and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). The Company is also involved in manufacturing and marketing of agro chemicals products. Its portfolio of products includes HOBC, Jet A-1, MS, SKO, HSD, LDO, FO, LSFO, JBO, SBP, Lubs & Greases, and MTT. In addition, the Company manufactures agro chemicals products (Furadan) in its granular pesticide’s formulation plant and markets Furadan together with other imported agro-chemicals products.
