Re: Revised Notice of Physical Venue of the 72nd AGM of PPL
This is further to our AGM Notice published in national dailies on 8th of October, 2023.
In line with instructions received from the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, the Company's 72nd Annual General Meeting scheduled for Monday, 30th October, 2023, at 10:30 AM, shall be held at Pearl Continental Hotel, Karachi, as well as via video link facility (Zoom Cloud Meetings) for transacting the businesses mentioned in our earlier notice dated 8th October 2023, which remains valid in all other respects.
In accordance with Rule 5.6.9 of PSX Rulebook it is hereby informed, for dissemination to your members, that a revised Notice of 72nd AGM of the Company on the above lines will be published in the newspapers on Sunday, 15th October 2023.
