On May 20, 2013, the Jon Laria resigned as the Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors of Parks! America, Inc. The Board of Directors of the company has accepted his resignation. The Board of Directors plans to identify a new Chief Financial Officer as soon as practicable and will re-allocate the Chief Financial Officer's responsibilities to Dale Van Voorhis in the interim.
Mr. Van Voorhis is the company's Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company's Board.
