PATRIZIA Immobilien AG, announces that it has appointed Geoffroy Cérez as Director of fundraising for France, Belgium and Southern Europe. He joins to support the Company's global fund raising capability, extending the team of experts that are already active in Germany, the UK, Australia and North America.

Cérez has 10 years of experience in the capital markets and real estates industries. Prior to joining PATRIZIA, he was in charge of capital raising at BNP REIM in France. He started his career in London at Lehman Brothers and was part of Nomura Equity Sales Team in Paris.
