PCC Intermodal S A : Current report no 4/2017 – Conclusion of significant agreements with Rurtalbahn Cargo GmbH

The Management Board of PCC Intermodal S.A. hereby announces that, on 20.06.2017 the sum of transactions concluded by the PCC Intermodal S.A. with Rurtalbahn Cargo GmbH capital group calculated from the last twelve months amounted to PLN 27.840 thousands.

For the execution order of the highest value was issued on Rurtalbahn Cargo GmbH on 09.05.2017 the invoice for the amount of EUR 147.000, it is PLN 621.045,60. The subject of the order was to carry out units by the intermodal transport on routs specified in the order. The conditions under which order were contracted do not deviate from market standards used in this type of contract.

The criterion for deeming concluded transactions to be significant is that sum of that transactions exceeds the significant value defined by the Company, ie 10% of the PCC Intermodal Group's sales revenue for the last financial year.

The amounts contained in this report have been converted at the average EUR exchange rate announced by the NBP on 20.06.2017 in accordance with § 2 point 7 mentioned below regulation.
