NT$3.01836774 per share and cash distributed from capital surplus to
shareholders NT$0.20122452 per share.
4.Reason for the change:
According to the resolution by the board of directors on 2022/3/31,
the chairman was authorized to handle the adjustment of the dividend ratio.

Base on the outstanding shares 68,271,841 shares (the issued shares
(68,689,841 shares) of 2022/6/27 deduct treasury shares (418,000 shares)
to calculate.
