The Board of Directors of PCS Edventures!.com, Inc. has accepted the resignation of Russelee Horsburgh as Vice President and Treasurer of the Company. Russelee will remain an employee of PCS Edventures!.com, Inc. focused on financial analysis, reporting, and supporting the new incoming Vice President and Treasurer. There were no disagreements between the Company and Mrs. Horsburgh regarding her resignation and transition to this new role. The company intends to appoint Michael Bledsoe to the Vice President and Treasurer position on July 1, 2016.On June 8, 2016, the company appointed Michael Bledsoe as an uncompensated Director to Board of Directors. Michael Beldsoe has over 27 years of experience in the investment industry which includes managing institutional equity and fixed income portfolios, conducting asset allocation studies and developing investment policy for pension plan sponsors and foundations, and reporting to various Boards and Investment Committees. He is currently employed at D.A. Davidson as a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager, a position he has held for the past 18 years. The company appointed Robert Grover as an uncompensated Director to Board of Directors. Robert Grover has family relationships in PCS with Heidi Grover, spouse, who is the Director of Development and with Dahlton Grover, daughter, Channel Partner Development. Robert Grover has spent the last 28 years with PCS working in the field of education designing, developing, and creating learning programs and services intended to facilitate student-centered, experiential learning.
PCS Edventures!, Inc. (PCS) is a provider of hands-on, K12 Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math (STEAM) curriculum and resources for educators in classrooms and out-of-school learning environments. The Company through Thrust-UAV has developed educational drones and drone curriculum. Its customers include schools and school districts from the collegiate to kindergarten level, and providers of out-of-school programming which include after-school programs, home-schooling programs, summer programs, and corporate outreach programs. It develops and sells a variety of STEM education products into the K12 market, such as Enrichment Programs, Discover Series Products, BrickLAB Products, Discover Drones, Add-on Drone Packages and Ala Carte Drone Items, STEAMventures BUILD Activity Book, and Professional Development Training. It offers approximately 31 different enrichment programs. The Company provides 13 different titles covering grades 1-12.
