Pelion : Appointment of Management Board Member

The Management Board of Pelion S.A. announces that on March 22nd 2016 the Supervisory Board of Pelion S.A. reappointed Mr Jacek Dauenhauer for another term of office on the Management Board of Pelion S.A., to serve as Vice-President of the Company's Management Board.Professional career and previous positions:Since January 1st 2007: Pelion S.A. of Łódź (formerly Polska Grupa Farmaceutyczna S.A.), Vice-President of the Management BoardSince December 1st 1998: Polska Grupa Farmaceutyczna S.A. of Łódź, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Finance and Accounting CentreOctober 1st 1997-November 30th 1998: Medicines S.A. of Łódź, Capital Investment Advisor to the Management BoardJuly 1st 1991-September 30th 1997: LG PetroBank S.A. of Łódź, Head of Capital Investment, Capital Investment Specialist, Economic AnalystEducation:Mr Dauenhauer holds an MA degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Łódź, in the field of Econometrics and Statistics (graduated in 1992).He has also completed a number of courses and training programmes in Economics and Finance, including a course for investment advisers in 1993.Languages:EnglishJacek Dauenhauer is not engaged in any business activity outside the Company, particularly in any activity competing with the Company's business, nor is he a partner in any partnership under civil law or other type of partnership competing with the Company's business, or a member of the governing body of any company or other legal entity competing with the Company's business.Mr Dauenhauer is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
