An unknown buyer entered into an agreement to acquire Quirk Creek sour gas assets in Southern Alberta from Pengrowth Energy Corporation (TSX:PGF) for CAD 6.5 million on November 3, 2017. The deal value is subject to customary adjustments. The transaction is subject to the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals and the satisfaction of other customary closing conditions. The closing of the transaction is expected to occur during the fourth quarter of 2017.
