Pennar Industries Limited announced the appointment of Mrs. Bharati Jacob as Non- Executive Independent Director of the company with effect from May 27, 2019. The board appointed Mr. P V Rao as joint managing director for a period of one year with effect from May 27, 2019. the board also announced the resignation of Dr. Sita Vanka Independent Director of the company with effect from May 27, 2019 due to pre occupation.
