Philex Mining Corporation Announces the Retirement of Michael T. Toledo as Senior Vice President for Public and Regulatory Affairs, Effective December 30, 2020

The Company operates Padcal mine in Benguet Province, Island of Luzon, Philippines, employing the underground block cave mining method, and producing copper concentrates containing gold, copper and silver. The Silangan Copper and Gold Project, located in Surigao del Norte, consists of two deposits - Boyongan and Bayugo. Its Bulawan project has residual resource estimates of around 29.6 million tons containing 1.7 million ounces of gold, which also includes the Vista Alegre area.
