Physicians Realty Trust revealed on August 22, 2017 the expansion of its asset management and leasing platform with the appointments of Tosha Clay, Michelle Morris and Larry Jarema. With almost 15 years of real estate experience, Clay recently joined the company's Atlanta office as regional asset manager, to lead real estate operations in the southeast, reporting to Dukes. Most recently, she led Duke Realty's healthcare portfolio in the Atlanta market overseeing over 80 properties across 16 states in the US. Morris also has 15 years of property management and accounting experience and recently joined the company's Dallas office as regional asset manager, to lead real estate operations in the south reporting to Dukes as well. Most recently, she was a senior property manager with Duke Realty for seven years and with other responsibilities managed the Baylor Cancer Center, now owned by DOC and also spent nine years with its partner, Lincoln Harris, managing medical office facilities. Jarema joined the company's Atlanta office recently as the regional leasing manager of east, reporting to Amy Hall, VP of Leasing. He will focus on growing the leasing platform through direct negotiations on lease renewals and new leases and reduce the overall cost paid to third-parties.
