FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT

The Board of Directors of PIM Limited is pleased to declare a final dividend of MUR 2.00 per share to all shareholders registered at the close of business on 5th July 2023, in respect of the nine months ending 31st March 2023.

The dividend will be paid on or about 31st July 2023.

The shares of the Company will be traded cum‐dividend up to and including the market day of 30th June 2023 and ex‐dividend as from the 3rd July 2023.
