Pinthong Industrial Park Property Fund announced unaudited earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2018. For the quarter, net increase in net assets from operations was THB 38,270,744 compared to THB 45,187,214 a year ago. Total investment income was THB 48,703,159 compared to THB 55,750,036 a year ago. Net investment income was THB 38,119,159 compared to THB 44,973,251 a year ago. EPS was THB 0.1705 against THB 0.2013 a year ago.
For the six months, net increase in net assets from operations was THB 75,844,924 compared to THB 90,211,082 a year ago. Total investment income was THB 96,534,876 compared to THB 111,374,203 a year ago. Net investment income was THB 75,533,175 compared to THB 89,856,617 a year ago. Net cash receipts from operating activities were THB 79,952,406 compared to THB 76,329,205 a year ago. Net asset value per unit was THB 10.7402. EPS was THB 0.3378 against THB 0.4018 a year ago.
Pinthong Industrial Park Property Fund is a Thailand-based closed-end property fund. The Fundâs objectives are to raise funds from general investors and to use the proceeds from such fundraising to purchase, lease and/or sublease immovable properties. The Fund takes the transfers of the ownership and/or leasehold rights and/or sub-leasehold rights of the properties to seek benefits from those properties by way of letting, subletting, transferring and/or disposing of them. The Fund invests in properties in three industrial estates, including Pinthong Industrial Estate, Pinthong Industrial Estate (Laem Chabang) and Pinthong Industrial Estate (Project 3) and are located on Bypass-Laem Chabang Road, which is in the Sri Racha district, Chonburi province. The Fund is managed by SCB Asset Management Company Limited.
