Pinthong Industrial Park Property Fund announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced total revenue was THB 51.016 million compared to THB 50.224 million a year ago. Net income was THB 46.787 million compared to THB 36.775 million a year ago. For the nine months, total revenue was THB 154.886 million compared to THB 152.873 million a year ago. Net income was THB 131.320 million compared to THB 119.844 million a year ago.
Pinthong Industrial Park Property Fund is a Thailand-based closed-end property fund. The Fundâs objectives are to raise funds from general investors and to use the proceeds from such fundraising to purchase, lease and/or sublease immovable properties. The Fund takes the transfers of the ownership and/or leasehold rights and/or sub-leasehold rights of the properties to seek benefits from those properties by way of letting, subletting, transferring and/or disposing of them. The Fund invests in properties in three industrial estates, including Pinthong Industrial Estate, Pinthong Industrial Estate (Laem Chabang) and Pinthong Industrial Estate (Project 3) and are located on Bypass-Laem Chabang Road, which is in the Sri Racha district, Chonburi province. The Fund is managed by SCB Asset Management Company Limited.
