Pinthong Industrial Park Property Fund reported unaudited earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2017. For the quarter, the company reported total Investment Income of THB 51,929,512 against THB 55,544,530 a year ago. Net Investment income was THB 41,617,677 against THB 45,256,239 a year ago. Net increase in net assets from operations was THB 41,763,637 against THB 45,323,129 a year ago. Net profit was THB 41,764,000 or THB 0.186 per share against THB 45,323,000 or THB 0.2019 per share a year ago.
For the nine months, the company reported, total investment income was THB 163,303,715 against THB 167,824,377 a year ago. Net Investment income was THB 131,474,294 against THB 136,353,356 a year ago. Net increase in net assets from operations was THB 131,974,719 against THB 136,656,962 a year ago. Net cash receipts from operating activities were THB 112,891,661 against THB 137,527,273 a year ago. Pinthong Industrial Park Property Fund is a Thailand-based closed-end property fund. The Fundâs objectives are to raise funds from general investors and to use the proceeds from such fundraising to purchase, lease and/or sublease immovable properties. The Fund takes the transfers of the ownership and/or leasehold rights and/or sub-leasehold rights of the properties to seek benefits from those properties by way of letting, subletting, transferring and/or disposing of them. The Fund invests in properties in three industrial estates, including Pinthong Industrial Estate, Pinthong Industrial Estate (Laem Chabang) and Pinthong Industrial Estate (Project 3) and are located on Bypass-Laem Chabang Road, which is in the Sri Racha district, Chonburi province. The Fund is managed by SCB Asset Management Company Limited.
