ANNOUNCEMENT TO INVESTORS

Regarding the offering by the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund ("HFSF") of existing common registered dematerialized voting shares, listed on the Regulated Market of the Athens Exchange, with a nominal value of €0.93 each (the "Offer Shares") in the share capital of Piraeus Financial Holdings S.A. ("PFH").

In accordance with the provisions of Article 17, par. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 and further to its announcement published earlier today (06.03.2024), and as per the same day resolution of its Board of Directors (06.03.2024), the HFSF announces that dated as of 6th March 2024, the managers shall inform investors participating in the international offering that applications for purchase of Offer Shares below the amount of four (€4.00) Euro per Offer Share will most likely not be considered for allocation of Offer Shares.
