The share of votes and share capital in PKC Group Plc held by Nordea Funds Oy
(1737785-9) has exceeded the limit of 5% on 19 February 2015. Following the
transaction Nordea Funds Oy owns 1,201,128 PKC Group Plc shares and votes,
which means 5.01% of the share capital and votes.
