PLANDAÍ BIOTECHNOLOGY, INC. Plandaí Biotechnology, Inc. announced that it has named Jamen Shively, a co-founder of the Diego Pellicer group of companies, to its Board of Directors. Mr. Shively will be filling the vacancy created with the resignation of David Rzepnicki, who recently resigned. Jamen co-founded Diego Pellicer Inc. in 2012.
Prior to founding Diego Pellicer, Jamen worked for Microsoft from 2003 to 2009 as Corporate Strategy Manager, where he focused on the creation and development of new categories of software products and online services.
