POLIS IMMOBILIEN AG ˗ Continued stock-market listing in a non-regulated market to be examined
Berlin, 17 April 2015. The Frankfurt Stock Exchange has granted the application lodged by POLIS Immobilien AG, Berlin, to revoke the admission of the bearer shares, ISIN DE0006913304, to the regulated market (General Standard) pursuant to Section 39 (2) of the German Stock Exchange Act in conjunction with Section 46 (1) sentence 2 No. 2 and Section 46 (2) sentence 3 of the Stock Exchange Regulations ('Delisting') and announced on 7 April 2015 that the revocation will become effective on 7 October 2015, 24:00 h.
This means that the admission of the company's shares to a regulated market will end on 7
October 2015, midnight. The Management Board will examine whether it is advisable to have the shares of POLIS Immobilien AG admitted to the OTC segment of one or several German stock exchanges after the end of the listing in the regulated market.
POLIS Immobilien AG, which was founded in Berlin in 1998, is a listed real estate company that buys, refurbishes/revitalises, and manages office properties for its own portfolio. The company focuses on one market segment: office properties in inner-city locations at the most important German office centres. The company acquires both fully leased properties with modern facilities, which generate a secure cash flow, as well as properties that are vacant or require modernisation, and which offer specific value appreciation potential. The company pursues a moderate buy-and-sell strategy. As of 31 December 2014, POLIS Immobilien's real estate portfolio comprised a total of 23 properties with a market value of around EUR 313 million.
