POLIS Immobilien upgrades forecast again

- Sale of two investment properties improves earnings
- Extraordinary result increases

Berlin, 31 August 2015. POLIS Immobilien AG (ISIN DE0006913304), Berlin, has sold an investment property for third parties in its asset management business segment. As the company held a minority interest in this property, POLIS will earn an additional net income (IFRS) of approximately EUR 4.3 million in the 2015 financial year, which will partly be reported as investment income and partly as other income from consulting services. The sale of a smaller investment property also generated a net income, which by itself will not have a material effect on the company's result. Due to the additional income from the above two transactions, the forecast for the full financial year published together with the interim report for the period ended 30 June

2015 has been upgraded once again. It should be noted that the previously published upgrade was mainly due to unexpected non-cash changes in the market value of the investment properties and financial derivatives. Because of the uncertainties surrounding the valuation of investment properties and the dynamic market situation, merely a range of EUR 21 million to EUR 23 million can be projected for the Group's earnings before taxes (EBT) (previous forecast: EUR 15 million to EUR 17 million). At approximately EUR 6 million, funds from operations (FFO) will also clearly exceed the previous forecast (EUR 4.3 million). As a result of these changes, the net asset value (NAV) will increase to approximately EUR 190 million at the end of the year.
