Legal basis: Article 56 (1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information

POLNORD SA ('Polnord', the 'Company'), with reference to the current report No. 53/2015 of 26 October 2015, hereby informs that on 2 March 2016 it received the Resolution of the Management Board of the Central Securities Depository of Poland (KDPW S.A.) No. 142/16 of 2 March 2016, in accordance with which the Management Board of the Central Securities Depository decided to accept for deposit up to 336,800 series S ordinary bearer shares of Polnord, with the nominal value of PLN 2 each, issued as part of a conditional share capital increase under Resolution No. 1/2013 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company of 25 October 2013, and to mark them with the code PLPOLND00019, on condition that the company operating the regulated market decides to introduce those shares to trading on the same regulated market on which other shares of the Company, marked as PLPOLND00019, have been floated, which shall take place not later than on the date of each registration of the series S shares in the securities depository.

The registration of series S ordinary bearer shares of Polnord in the securities depository will take place on the basis of settlement instructions submitted by the Company in the National Depository.

Legal basis: In accordance with § 34(1)(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and the terms governing recognition of information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent information.
