Cancellation of DR listing and admission to trading

PJSC Polyus ("Polyus", or the "Company") further to the announcement made by it on 26 June 2023, today announces that the UK Financial Conduct Authority has cancelled the listing on the Official List and the London Stock Exchange has cancelled the admission to trading on its Main Market of the following Company's depositary receipts:

Regulation S Global Depositary Receipts (ISIN US73181M1172); Rule 144A Global Depositary Receipts (ISIN US73181M1099); and Level I American Depositary Receipts (ISIN US73181P1021),

with effect from 8:00 a.m. (London time) today, 25 July 2023.
