POSCO-Thainox Public Company Limited Announces Resignation of Kyong Hwa Soong, President and Director of the Company, Effective from January 1, 2019 Onwards

POSCO-Thainox Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company that is engaged in the production and sales of cold-rolled stainless steel. The Company's product types include cold-rolled austenitic stainless steel and cold-rolled ferritic stainless steel. Its products are used as raw material in the production of household appliances such as kitchenette, sinks and washing machines, among others, and in other industries. The Company produces and distributes various grades of cold-rolled stainless steel in the form of sheets, coils and strips. It produces cold-rolled austenitic stainless-steel grades 304, 304 L and 316 L. The Company produces cold-rolled ferritic stainless-steel grades 409, 430 and 439. The Company has four distribution channels for cold-rolled stainless steel: direct distribution to domestic customers, distribution through local distributors, direct distribution to overseas customers and distribution through its overseas network (South Korea).
