POWER METALS CORP. Aldrin Resource Corp. announced the appointment of Brian LaRocco as a director of the company. LaRocco has most recently held senior level real estate executive positions with land development companies.
In those capacities, he was responsible for several key functions, including project risk management, corporate risk management, finance, debt and equity sourcing. The company announced that Mr. Edward Marlow who is resigning from the Board of Directors but has agreed to remain as an advisor to Aldrin. Mr. Marlow's continued involvement with the Company in an advisory capacity will be of benefit to the shareholders.
