For the Annual and Quarterly Disclosure reporting periods ended December 31, 2021, and March 31, 2022 ("we, "our," or the "Company"), will file amended financial reports to include Goodwill related to the acquisitions of Northern Lights Impact, totaling $28,488.47 and Infinity Supply BV, totaling $1,381,154.11. These updated Goodwill figures are included in the report filed for the Quarterly Disclosure reporting period ended June 30, 2022.
