Powertech Industrial Co. Ltd. (TSEC:3296) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,500,000 shares, representing 1.53% of its issued share capital for TWD 499.05 million. The shares will be repurchased within the price range of TWD 8.6 to TWD 21 per share. The shares repurchased will be cancelled. The purpose of the program is to maintain company's credit and protection of the interests of shareholders. The repurchase program will continue until May 15, 2020. As of March 17, 2020, the company has no shares in treasury.
