The patent family based on PCT/AU2021/051383 (P114915, Sol-gel cannabinoid formulation and antiviral use), has now entered the national phase in Europe and Australia. The Australian case has been allocated application no. 2021384063, and the European case has been allocated application no. EP21893149.1. This is in addition to patent applications having recently been filed in the US and Canada.

PreveCeutical's patent family based on PCT/AU2021/051545 (P113135.PCT, Cyclic peptides and uses thereof), has now entered the national phase in the US and Canada. The US case has been allocated the application no. US18/268951, and full filing details in Canada are awaited.

PreveCeutical is prosecuting the patent applications to maximize the scope of protection available in those countries and to ensure that effective and secure patents are obtained as we continue our clinical process.
