SCB Asset Management Company Limited (the "Management Company") as the
management company of Prime Office Leasehold Property Fund (POPF) (the "Fund")
has notified to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on 11 February 2022, Notification
of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Unitholders due to outbreak of novel
coronavirus (COVID-19), which approved to convene the 2022 Annual General
Meeting of Unitholders to be held on
27 April 2022 from 9.30 a.m. via an electronic meeting only in accordance with
the Royal Decree on Electronic Meetings B.E. 2563 (as amended) and other related
rules and regulations

Prime Office Leasehold Property Fund (the Fund) is a Thailand-based closed-end property fund. The purpose of the Fund is to raise funds from unitholders to invest in properties and leasehold rights and utilize them for commercial benefit with indefinite expiration date. The Fund has invested in leasehold properties by purchasing and/or leasing land, buildings, equipment and utility systems of Ploenchit Center Building and UBC II Building. It also invests in Bangna Tower Project for the leasehold rights in land, certain parts of buildings and building systems for approximately 30 years, sub-leasehold rights of certain parts of land for approximately seven years and ownership in movable properties. The Fundâs management company is SCB Asset Management Company Limited. Its mutual fund supervisor is KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited. Its property managers include Erawan Commercial Management Company Limited, Bhiraj Management Company Limited and Teo Hong Silom Company Limited.
