 for the year 2022 of
Prime Office Leasehold Property Fund (POPF)
SCB Asset Management Company Limited (the "Management Company") as the 
management company of Prime Office Leasehold Property Fund (POPF) (the "Fund")
has notified to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on 11 February 2022, Notification
of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Unitholders due to outbreak of novel
coronavirus (COVID-19), which approved to convene the 2022 Annual General
Meeting of Unitholders to be held on
27 April 2022 from 9.30 a.m. via an electronic meeting only in accordance with 
the Royal Decree on Electronic Meetings B.E. 2563 (as amended) and other related
 rules and regulations
The Management Company hereby informs that unitholders can download the 
invitation and relevant documents of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of
Unitholders on the Management Company's website:
