Cancellation of Admission

On 2 November 2018, Promethean Investments LLP ('Promethean') declared the Offer for the Company to be unconditional in all respects and that intended to procure the making of an application by Produce Investments to the London Stock Exchange for the cancellation of admission to trading on AIM of Produce Investments Shares (the 'Cancellation') as soon as possible. The Company confirms that it has made an application to AIM for the Cancellation and will make a further announcement confirming the timetable in due course. The earliest date that the Cancellation will become effective will be 4 December 2018.

Terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the offer document published by Promethean on 12 October 2018.
