At today's annual general meeting of ProgressNow!investAG all motions of the board of directors were passed by a large majority. Johann Hüttenmoser was elected to the board of directors of the company and Dr. Markus Bill was elected chairman of the board.

The shareholdergroup Deck/Schöni withdrew their agenda proposals. Therefore there was no vote on these items.
