Johann Jonah has been appointed PSB's First Vice-President. In his new position he will be responsible for corporate business, financial markets and private banking at Promsvyazbank.

Over the years of working with Russian and foreign banks he has built his reputation as a strong manager, and now he will take further our efforts to grow Promsvyazbank's corporate and investment banking businesses," said Dmitry Ananiev, Chairman of Promsvyazbank's Management Board. We are confident that Johann Jonah's appointment will facilitate the successful implementation of our strategy."

Before he joined Promsvyazbank, Johann Jonah worked for over 20 years in management positions at Raiffeisen Banking Group in Eastern Europe, developing the Group's business in many markets across the region. From 2008 to 2011, he led the Alfa Banking Group and chaired the Supervisory Council of the Group's banks in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and the Netherlands.

Johann Jonah graduated from Vienna University of Economics and Business, majoring in Commercial Science, and holds a master's degree in social and economic sciences.
