LITIGATION

This announcement is made by Prosperity International Holdings (H.K.) Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the provisions concerning disclosure of inside information under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

On 19 April 2021, the Company was served with a writ of summons (the "Writ") issued in the District Court of Hong Kong (the "Court"). Roma Appraisals Limited, the plaintiff (the "Plaintiff") in the Writ claimed against the Company for the unpaid professional fee of valuation assignments in the sum of HK$848,964.00.

The Company is currently seeking legal advice in relation to the above actions. The Company will keep the shareholders and potential investors of the Company informed of any further material development by way of announcement as and when appropriate.
