FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2022

  As an investment entity in terms of International Financial Reporting Standards, the performance measures relevant to PSG Group's financial results are its net asset and sum-of-the-parts values per share, being very similar. As at 28 February 2022, PSG Group's -

  • • Net asset value per share was R127,49, representing an increase of 38,9% when compared to the R91,76 as at 28 February 2021; and

  • • Sum-of-the-parts value per share was R127,88, representing an increase of 35,7% when compared to the R94,24 per share as at 28 February 2021.
