PubliGroupe shares: cancellation of remaining securities and delisting on 13 April 2015

Lausanne, 30 March 2015 - With its ruling on 3 March 2015, the Civil Court of the Canton of Vaud (Cour civile du Tribunal Cantonal) has cancelled the remaining publicly held shares of PubliGroupe pursuant to Art. 33 of the Stock Exchange Act (SESTA). This judgment is final and enforceable and was passed following a request submitted by Swisscom. Swisscom has held more than 98% of the shares since 5 September 2014, the date of completion of its public tender offer for all shares of PubliGroupe.

Holders of the cancelled shares will receive a compensation of CHF 214 per share, which is identical to the price of the public tender offer. The payment will be effected by the custodian banks.

With the listing of PubliGroupe shares having lost its relevance, the SIX Swiss Exchange granted the request for the delisting of PubliGroupe, which will take place on 13 April 2015. The last day of trading is 10 April 2015.
