Public tender offer of Swisscom for PubliGroupe: Publication of provisional final result

Lausanne, 26 August 2014 -According to the provisional final result, the holding of Swisscom in PubliGroupe amounts to 98.34%.

According to the provisional final result following the expiration of the additional acceptance period on 25 August 2014, 97.08% of the PubliGroupe shares to which Swisscom's offer relates have been tendered to Swisscom. The holding of Swisscom in PubliGroupe is therefore expected to amount to 98.34%.

Swisscom plans to announce the definitive final result on 29 August 2014 and will at that time also inform about the fulfilment of the remaining conditions of the takeover bid and the expected completion date.
