Swiss Takeover Board sets out new timetable

Lausanne, 12 June 2014 - Regarding the public tender offers for all the shares in PubliGroupe Ltd from Tamedia and Swisscom, the Swiss Takeover Board decided to harmonise the timetable for the two offers, resulting in the following new dates: Swisscom must publish its offering prospectus by 23 June 2014 at the latest. The offering period for both offers is expected to last from 8 July 2014 to 5 August 2014. The Board of Directors of PubliGroupe must publish its report relating to the offers by 14 July 2014. At the same time as the report by the Board of Directors, PubliGroupe will publish interim financial statements per 31 March 2014 as required by the takeover regulations.
