We are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company have approved 20% Interim Bonus Shares in their Board Meeting Meeting held on June 15, 2023. In this regard, we have been credited Bonus Shares to the respective accounts of the Shareholders in the Central Depository System in CDC Book Entry Form on June 27, 2023. The physical bonus share certificates have also been dispatched on the same day.
The new paid-up capital of the Company is Rs. 77,625,380/ consisting of 7,762,538 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
