Quality Houses Leasehold Property Fund reported unaudited earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2018. Quality Houses Leasehold Property Fund (the Fund) is a Thailand-based closed-end property fund and a specific property fund. The primary objective of the Fundâs capital management is to maintain an appropriate capital structure in order to provide returns for unitholders in accordance with the Fundâs establishment objective. The Fund operates through a single segment, namely the rental of immovable properties. Its portfolio includes the Q House Ploenjit Building, Q House Lumpini Building, and Wave Place Building. The Fund is managed by Land and Houses Fund Management Company Limited (the Management Company), and its trustee is Kasikorn Bank Public Company Limited. The property managers of the Fund are Q.H. International Company Limited, which manages Q. House Lumpini project, and Quality Houses Public Company Limited, which manages Q. House Ploenchit project and Wave Place project.
