Qumak : Current report no 26/2017 of 26 June 2017 – Appointing a member of the Supervisory Board of Qumak S.A.

Management Board of Qumak S.A. (the Company) informs that on 26 June 2017 the General Meeting of the Company decided to appoint a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

As a result of a resignation from fulfilling the function of a member of the Supervisory Board, submitted by Aleksandra Anna Górska on 16 June 2017 (current report no 22/2017 of 16 June 2017) effective as of the day of the General Meeting i.e. as at 26 June 2017, the General Meeting supplementing the membership of the Supervisory Board of the 8th term in office appointed Wojciech Wolny to fulfill the function in the Board.

The resolution appointing the new member of the Supervisory Board entered into force on the day of its adoption.

Information on the newly appointed member of the Supervisory Board:

Wojciech Wolny has a higher education, he graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice.

He started his professional career holding managerial functions in 2002. He is a founder of an IT Company Euvic Sp. z o.o. - the largest federation of IT companies in Central Europe, taking care of developing own software as well as adapting to client needs; and implementations of software of large corporations (previously LGBS Polska Sp. z o.o.) where simultaneously, since 2004, he fulfills a role of a President of the Management Board. Fast and dynamic growth of the company has been rewarded with top places in yearly rankings and lists of companies achieving the highest revenue growth, e.g. Deloitte Technology Fast 50 CE, Computerworld Top 200. For many years now, the company also wins top places in rankings of Diamenty Forbesa and Gazele Biznesu, as well as is a winner of a competition Pracodawca Jutra 2016 and Top Pracodawca Województwa Śląskiego 2016, as well as holds a title Wizjoner ICT, Lider Przedsiębiorczości, Polski Czempion.

Since 2016 and at present, he is a President of the Management Board and an Investment Architect at IT Works S.A., the company specializing in supplying solutions in the IT area.

At present, he is also a partner in such companies as: Śląski Park Informatyczny Sp. z o.o. and Softeq Sp. z o.o.

Wojciech Wolny fulfills a function of a member of the Supervisory Board in the following companies: Bonair S.A., Komex S.A., and Hycom S.A.

In 2017 Wojciech Wolny won the second place in the category of managers of large enterprises (contest of Dziennik Zachodni for the Manager of the Year 2016 in the Silesian Voivodeship); he is also a winner of a competition EY Przedsiębiorca Roku 2014, organized by Ernst & Young, in the category New technologies/ Innovativeness.

He is the originator of the 'Fundacja Na Rzecz Wspierania Rozwoju Technologii Human Cloud' and the Human Cloud Cluster which gathers leading Polish IT companies and Silesian academic centers.

He does perform a business activity which is evaluated as competitive to the business activity of Qumak S.A., as a Member of bodies in a share-holding company (President of the Management Board and Investment Architect at IT Works S.A.).

He is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept under the Act on the National Court Register.
