AGM result & cancellation of AIM dealings

Quoram plc is pleased to confirm that all resolutions put to the meeting at today's Annual General Meeting were duly passed.

As one of these resolutions was the proposed cancellation of the Company's dealing facility on AIM, shareholders are reminded that the last day for dealing in the Company's shares on AIM is Thursday 10 December 2015, with cancellation of trading taking effect from 11 December in accordance with the timetable previously announced on 5 November 2015.
