RAIFFEISEN BANK AVAL For the first time ever, Forbes Ukraine issued an annex introducing the readers to the work, contribution and vision of the Ukrainian Raif's team. Raiffeisen Bank and Forbes Ukraine planned the issue before the start of the full-scale invasion and got back to the implementation in January 2023.
The key topic is Ukraine's European integration. This is the start of a major discussion and a long intellectual journey. It is a present-day chronicle, telling about the business expansion abroad, new digital products and trends, ІТ and HR practices, partnership in business and social projects, transformation and leadership, the bank's work under war conditions: the employees' relocation, working in a challenging environment close to the frontlines, the stories told by Raif's mobilized employees.
