Recharge Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on exploring and developing the production of high-value battery metals to create green, renewable energy. The Company’s projects include Murray Ridge, Georgia Lake West and North Lithium, Pocitos 1, and Pocitos 2. The Company has a 100% interest in three mineral claims located in the Omineca Mining Division, British Columbia. The Murray Ridge property of the First Point Minerals, approximately 60 kilometers (km) northwest. Georgia Lake North & West lithium properties are contiguous and on trend with RockTech Lithium (RCK-CSE) Georgia Lake lithium property that is located approximately 160 km northeast of Thunder Bay within the Thunder Bay Mining Division and is host to a number of spodumene-bearing pegmatites. Pocitos 1 is an 800 hectares lithium brine project located in the Salar de Pocitos, in the lithium-rich Puna region of northwestern Argentina.
