Reed's, Inc. Announces Executive Changes, Effective March 1, 2020

Reed’s Inc. announced the appointment of Norman E. Snyder, Jr., currently Chief Operating Officer, as Chief Executive Officer effective March 1, 2020. Mr. Snyder has served as Chief Operating Officer of Reed’s Inc. since September 2019 and has over 36 years of multi-faceted experience in operations, sales, marketing, finance, manufacturing, business development and management with public, private, international and start-up companies within the beverage industry. Prior to joining Reed’s, Mr. Snyder served as President and Chief Executive Office for Avitae USA, LLC. Prior to Avitae, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer for Adina For Life, Inc. Mr. Snyder was also the President and Chief Executive Officer of High Falls Brewing Company, Chief Operating Officer of Rheingold Brewing Company, and Chief Financial Officer, and later Chief Operating Officer of South Beach Beverage Company, known as SoBe. Mr. Snyder will succeed John Bello, who has served as Reed’s Interim Chief Executive Officer since September 2019. Mr. Bello will continue to support Reed’s as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and will work closely with Mr. Snyder to ensure a seamless transition.
Reedâs, Inc. owns a portfolio of handcrafted, natural beverages, which sells in over 45,000 outlets nationwide. These outlets include the natural and specialty food channel, grocery stores, mass merchants, drug stores, convenience stores, club stores, liquor stores, and on-premises locations including bars and restaurants. The Company provides craft beverages under the Reedâs, Virgilâs, and Flying Cauldron brand names. Reedâs portfolio includes ginger beers, ginger ales, ready-to-drink ginger mules and hard ginger ales. The Virgil's brand offers an array of flavored sodas, including Root Beer, Vanilla Cream, Black Cherry, Orange Cream, and more. These flavors are also available in six zero-sugar varieties. Flying Cauldron is a non-alcoholic butterscotch beer. Reedâs Craft Ginger Beer line includes varieties with a mix of bottles and cans, including Reedâs Original Ginger Beer, Reedâs Premium Ginger Beer, Reedâs Extra Ginger Beer, Reedâs Strongest Ginger Beer, and others.
