("PVR") (NYSE: PVR) today announced that it has established a record date of February 18, 2014 and a meeting date of March 20, 2014 for the special meeting of its unitholders. At the special meeting, which will be held in Radnor, Pennsylvania, unitholders will vote on the previously announced proposed merger of PVR into Regency Energy Partners LP ("Regency") (NYSE: RGP), and related matters pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger dated as of October 9, 2013, as amended (the "Merger Agreement") by and among PVR, Regency, their respective general partners and RVP LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Regency.

PVR unitholders of record at the close of business on February 18, 2014 will be entitled to receive notice of the special meeting and to vote at the special meeting. The parties currently expect to complete the merger in the first quarter of 2014, subject to satisfaction of the closing conditions, including receipt of PVR unitholder approval for the proposal to adopt the Merger Agreement.
