REM Offshore : REPARASJONSEMISJONENE – SISTE DAG I TEGNINGSPERIODEN

Det vises til tidligere børsmeldinger fra Rem Offshore ASA ('Rem Offshore') og Solstad Offshore ASA ('Solstad Offshore') relatert til de etterfølgende reparasjonsemisjonene i Solstad Offshore rettet mot (i) aksjeeiere i Solstad Offshore på inntil 3 188 811 klasse A-aksjer i Solstad Offshore, og (ii) aksjeeiere i Rem Offshore på inntil 1 600 000 klasse B-aksjer i Solstad Offshore, heretter samlet omtalt som 'Reparasjonsemisjonene'.

Tegningsperioden for den Reparasjonsemisjonene avsluttes klokken 16:30 (norsk tid) i dag, den 27. oktober 2016. Korrekt utfylt tegningsblankett må sendes Arctic Securities, eller for elektronisk tegning, være registrert innen denne tidsfristen. Ved tegningsperiodens utløp vil tegningsretter som ikke er benyttet utløpe uten verdi.
